Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for software validation.
- Automate software validation processes and ensure code is error-free and meets quality standards.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance improvements.
- Support software installation, modifications, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on daily progress, requirements, clarifications, and delivery status.
- Provide customer support through issue tracking, communication, troubleshooting, and feedback collection.
- Consult with engineering staff on software-hardware interfaces, specifications, and performance requirements.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Platform Development.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software specifications.
- Ability to create and execute software validation and test scenarios.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Strong customer-focused communication and service skills.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete relevant certifications.
