Base Salary
$138k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement GenAI and agentic AI solutions for automation and decision-making in financial services.
- Design, deploy, and manage prompt-based LLM solutions for NLP tasks.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and processing workflows for structured and unstructured data.
- Develop APIs and integrate NLP or LLM models into software applications.
- Design, develop, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, high-quality production software.
- Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure implementation meets design constraints.
- Generate visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to improve software applications and systems.
- Identify data patterns and technical problems and use insights to improve coding practices and system architecture.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
- Experience building data pipelines for structured and unstructured data processing.
- Experience developing APIs and integrating NLP or LLM models into software applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure for AI/ML deployment and data processing.
- Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining software in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database-querying languages.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle, CI/CD, application resiliency, security, and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes in a technical discipline such as cloud, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.
- Preferred experience with Spring Boot, microservices, REST API development, and design patterns.
