Base Salary
$148k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write well-crafted, maintainable code and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables considering business context.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and mentor junior engineers.
- Join the on-call rotation to triage and resolve incidents across applications.
- Contribute to defining the roadmap and architecture, identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Participate in hiring activities, including technical interviews and providing feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with high-level programming languages.
- Experience with Python and Go is a plus.
- BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong background in distributed systems and proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience in designing and managing fault-tolerant, highly available distributed systems.
