Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and enhance Archer applications aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Configure Archer layouts, advanced workflows, reporting, notifications, questionnaires, access controls, packaging, and installations.
- Configure data-driven events, calculations, data feeds, imports, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with risk stakeholders, developers, analysts, product owners, and delivery teams on solution design and execution.
- Define and size initiatives, advocate for minimal viable product delivery, and document and present proposed solutions.
- Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, debugging, data migration support, and validation for Archer and related risk platforms.
- Support scalable, maintainable, reliable, performant, and user-friendly solutions while sharing knowledge and contributing to team collaboration.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of hands-on Archer experience, including Archer version 6 or later, core solutions, and on-demand applications.
- Experience with Archer SaaS implementations and their configuration and deployment considerations.
- Proven ability to analyze business needs and design and configure Archer solutions.
- Experience providing functional production support for Archer, Business Continuity in the Cloud, and other Governance, Risk, and Compliance platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex configuration issues.
- Experience supporting data migration and validation efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Archer Professional Certification, including Admin 1 and Admin 2, is preferred.
- Experience with Archer GRC, Third-party Risk Management, Issues Management, Operational Risk Management, Optro, Business Continuity in the Cloud, or Everbridge is preferred.
- Experience with waterfall, Agile Scrum, Kanban, test automation, and understanding of AI’s impact on the GRC space are preferred.
