- Drive moderately complex software initiatives, deliverables, and project plans.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, upgrade, and deploy software and technology projects.
- Evaluate and resolve moderately complex technical challenges involving technologies, procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
- Guide a team in meeting existing or potential client needs and drive projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Four years of experience in the offered position or a related position involving software or application development and engineering.
- Four years of software development lifecycle experience.
- Experience with at least one of Oracle, MS SQL, Teradata, Mongo DB, or DB2.
- Four years of experience with at least six of the listed technical skill areas, including Java/J2EE, SQL or SAS, Spring technologies, deployment tools, Linux or UNIX, monitoring, testing, application security, and API or UI development.
