Responsibilities

Lead the development and refinement of major subsystems for hosting services.

Nurture a culture of technical quality from design through production operations.

9+ years of relevant software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
Expertise in backend systems within large-scale service-oriented architectures.
Strong judgment in balancing short-term business needs with long-term technical quality.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within and across teams.
Passionate about efficiency, availability, system quality, and user experience.
