Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve data extraction issues through prompt engineering and analytical problem-solving.
- Design scalable systems for high-accuracy prompt workflow iteration.
- Improve testing, monitoring, refinement processes, and internal onboarding tooling.
- Collaborate with internal and external users to gather context, troubleshoot issues, and deliver consistent results.
- Track extraction accuracy metrics, identify trends and root causes, and recommend process improvements.
- Create reusable playbooks and prompt strategies for future automation efforts.
- Provide feedback to Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to turn complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Experience with AI-powered document processing, prompt engineering, or data extraction workflows.
- Experience working with large, unstructured datasets to identify patterns and improve accuracy.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with large language models and their applications in automation or data systems is preferred.
