Responsibilities
- Advise and collaborate with prospective APAC customers on data management, machine learning workflows, and model deployment with Edge Impulse.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities, including events, prospect visits, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and account management teams to design machine learning solutions and resolve technical challenges for intelligent devices.
- Develop transformation, processing, training, and deployment code to build machine learning models from large datasets and deploy them to resource-constrained devices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field plus 4+ years of Software Applications Engineering, software development, or related experience; alternatively, a master's degree plus 3+ years or a PhD plus 2+ years.
- At least 2 years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- At least 1 year of experience with debugging techniques.
- Experience developing embedded or cloud software with exposure to Linux or RTOS environments.
- Experience with data analysis and machine learning, including Python machine learning and data libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, NumPy, and Pandas.
- Experience developing, launching, or maintaining technical products in industrial, medical, automotive, IoT, or related commercial markets.
- Demonstrated multidisciplinary problem-solving, consulting, teamwork, leadership, and delivery of complex technical projects in APAC or distributed organizations.
- Master's degree is preferred.
