Base Salary
$220k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy computer vision models to production.
- Own the full ML pipeline including data preprocessing and model deployment.
- Conduct discovery spikes to validate feasibility of projects.
- Integrate ML solutions with observability tooling.
- Build automated, self-sustaining ML pipelines.
- Inform build-vs-buy decisions with technical and business context.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product stakeholders.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping machine learning models to production.
- Experience with computer vision techniques including image classification and segmentation.
- Strong coding skills in Python with proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong SQL skills including joins and subqueries.
- Proficiency in data analysis, cleaning, and feature engineering.
- Experience with version control and ML development best practices.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must reside and work permanently in the U.S.
