Responsibilities

Help drive sales by nurturing prospects and supporting customers in the corporate market.
Conduct discovery, qualification, technical demos, and proof of value workshops.
Handle technical questions or objections and provide solutions to customer needs.
Produce reusable collateral to help customers understand API-first practices.
Understand customer workflows and how to adopt API-first development best practices.
Share customer feedback with appropriate teams and provide customer advocacy.
Stay updated with the competitive landscape and trends in the API market.
Create proof of concept integrations and workflows to support prospective customers.
Maintain and develop customer sandbox environments and best practices.
Act as a technical intermediary between sales and other teams.

4+ years of corporate sales or solutions engineering experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
Experience with APIs and data platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-facing experience and comfort engaging with various technologists.
Strong understanding of APIs and experience with producing and consuming APIs.
Knowledge of modern development methodologies and DevOps.
Familiarity with the SaaS sales process and cloud service security concerns.
Experience executing sales strategies and methodologies.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
