Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack features from scoping to deployment.
- Create AI-powered product surfaces like intelligent intake flows and automated case routing.
- Engage directly with federal agency stakeholders to translate requirements into shippable products.
- Ensure platform reliability and performance at government scale.
- Maintain high code quality that is clean, tested, and maintainable.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional engineering experience or equivalent work.
- Deep fluency in React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres.
- Experience using AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude.
- A portfolio of real projects demonstrating your skills.
- Ability to operate well with ambiguity and a focus on user experience.
