Base Salary

$132k - $212k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead adoption workshops independently and translate customer needs into actionable plans.
  • Diagnose and resolve moderately complex technical adoption blockers, including integration gaps.
  • Develop reusable best-practice resources for common adoption scenarios.
  • Partner with product teams to communicate voice-of-customer insights for roadmap prioritization.
  • Monitor ARR growth and consumption metrics to refine adoption strategies.
  • Engage with Account Solution Architects, Customer Success Executives, and product teams to align adoption efforts with business goals.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in application migration and development on container platforms.
  • Deep experience building and deploying applications using modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container platforms such as OpenShift.
  • Experience with Java, C#, Python, Go, or Ruby.
  • Experience with technologies such as Spring Boot, Node.js, JBoss EAP, Jakarta EE, OpenJDK, and Quarkus is a plus.
  • Experience with Backstage, Red Hat Developer Spaces, or similar developer IDE deployments is a plus.
  • Experience with management, logging, and observability products and solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere and KVM is a plus.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture requirements involving application platforms, cybersecurity, compliance and policy, and enterprise IT and applications is a plus.
