Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery conversations with financial services and corporate prospects alongside sales teams.
Translate client problems into AI adoption roadmaps spanning agent design, operationalisation, quality control, compliance and control, and lifecycle management.
Design and present solution architectures and build proof-of-concept demonstrations.
Own delivery end to end after deals are signed and ensure implementation meets the promised standard.
Lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate with the global delivery organization.
Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise on AI adoption strategy.
Identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
Document reusable delivery patterns, frameworks, and lessons learned.
Contribute to thought leadership, white papers, and go-to-market materials.
Hire and mentor future team members and provide field feedback to product and practice leadership.

15+ years of experience in technology consulting, solutions architecture, or enterprise software delivery.
Proven experience with financial services clients or large corporate clients in technical advisory or delivery roles.
Experience in a forward deployed engineer or similar client-facing technical role at a technology firm, consultancy, or professional services organization.
Track record managing the full deal lifecycle from technical discovery through solution delivery.
Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning systems, including large language models, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience designing and deploying AI-powered enterprise solutions, with understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with enterprise compliance and governance requirements, particularly in regulated financial services environments.
Ability to rapidly prototype and demonstrate solutions; hands-on comfort with Python and cloud platforms is an advantage.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills for C-suite and senior technology audiences.
Commercial understanding of deal structuring, pricing, and scope management.
Ability to collaborate with salespeople, data scientists, and compliance officers in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Remote role based on the East Coast of the United States with required client-facing travel.
