Responsibilities
- Engage with several Snowflake customers.
- Lead technical streams of client data platform implementations and onboarding efforts.
- Collaborate with Customer Engagement and Delivery resources for technical guidance and support.
- Help clients troubleshoot their implementations and integrate the product within their ecosystem.
- Document, triage, and track issues to ensure resolution.
- Contribute to the growth of Customer Delivery and Training teams through documentation and process optimization.
- Gather product feedback and recommendations from customers to inform new features.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Experience with distributed systems and technologies like Snowflake, Teradata, and Spark.
- Knowledge of data strategies such as Data Mesh and Data Governance.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts like Data Lake and Data Warehouse.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals and security.
- Experience with data engineering frameworks and business intelligence solutions.
- Strong consulting skills and ability to lead engagements with stakeholders.
