Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business objects, data models, backend logic, and APIs for mobile network infrastructure systems.
- Implement features, refine components, perform testing, and maintain technical documentation.
- Guide the team’s technical direction and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with project goals.
- Lead, coordinate, and mentor technical team members, including junior developers.
- Apply system architecture and scalability principles to create a consistent and scalable data foundation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders while considering external partner requirements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Agile development methodologies and practices.
- Proven expertise in API integration and design and strong back-end development experience.
- High proficiency in Python programming.
- Demonstrated experience with data modeling and database design.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and scalability principles.
- Preferred: knowledge of mobile network infrastructure or telecommunications.
- Preferred: familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD practices.
- Preferred: experience with testing frameworks, quality assurance methodologies, RESTful API design, technical documentation, and knowledge management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and English-language skills.
