Base Salary
$143k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain multi-system automation workflows for marketing, sales, and partner teams.
- Develop predictive scoring models using various data sources to identify target accounts and individuals.
- Manage data modeling and integration to ensure accurate account and contact data flow across systems.
- Implement automated outreach and lead lifecycle automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Optimize the cost and performance of automated workflows, balancing efficiency with operational spend.
- Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to create scalable technical solutions and maintain documentation.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools to improve GTM intelligence and productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, marketing operations, or revenue operations in a SaaS environment.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to navigate complex data structures.
- Experience in building automations using tools like Clay, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Familiarity with managing costs associated with automated workflows and API usage.
- Proven ability to build and utilize API and MCP integrations for system connectivity.
