Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project and customer teams to meet timelines and goals.
- Create project documentation and architecture diagrams, including QA and ticket and bug management materials.
- Mentor customers and share technical knowledge.
- Guide telecommunications clients in adopting automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve cloud lifecycle, uptime, availability, and time-to-market.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technology, system, and application designs.
- Lead architecture design activities and sessions and integrate systems and technologies to meet customer requirements.
- Design and advocate for cloud-based solutions using robust design principles, integration points, automation, and orchestration.
- Coordinate with Red Hat product, Product Engineering, Support, Professional Services, and Sales teams as a customer advocate.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in a related technology position such as sales, consulting, operations, or development.
- 4+ years of experience with public cloud and Linux technologies.
- 4+ years of experience with telecommunications technologies and networking infrastructure.
- 2+ years of experience with automation frameworks or tools such as Puppet, Chef, Salt, or Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
- 2+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, ACM, ACS, Quay, Ceph, or Kubernetes.
- Thorough knowledge of NFV, DPDK, SRIOV, ZTP, cloud SDN or storage disciplines, and DevOps technologies.
- Experience with FiberChannel, FCOE, iSCSI, NFS, or other software-defined storage technologies.
- Extensive experience administering and designing Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Experience with KVM, QEMU, OpenStack, OpenShift Virtualization, and VMware virtualization platforms.
- Experience with application development automation and pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD, or similar technologies.
- Experience with VLANs, routing protocols, 4/5G, IPAM solutions, and load balancers such as Infoblox TCPWave and F5.
- Experience designing and delivering implementations using public and private cloud infrastructure technologies and providers.
- Interest and knowledge in AI/ML technologies and recent developments.
- Administrator-level familiarity with vSphere, RHV, Nutanix, or OpenStack.
- Advanced experience with VMware infrastructure, including ESX, vCenter, switches or NSX, datastores, vSAN, vVols, vRealize, SRM, backup software, and performance tools.
- Experience with OpenStack, Red Hat Virtualization, Microsoft Hyper-V, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
