Base Salary
$137k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, design integrity, and operational outcomes for complex infrastructure capabilities across multiple platforms, services, teams, and technology domains.
- Lead cross-functional virtual squads and technical workstreams across Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture.
- Define and advance scalable infrastructure platforms, shared services, automation frameworks, observability, resiliency patterns, integrations, and operational controls across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
- Modernize infrastructure services, automation, configurations, runbooks, deployment patterns, and operational workflows to improve scalability, resiliency, security, performance, cost efficiency, and supportability.
- Establish reusable playbooks, automation patterns, validation practices, and documentation standards for consistent and safe execution.
- Own design choices for AI-enabled, AIOps, and agentic infrastructure capabilities.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of applicable software engineering experience.
- Expert proficiency in one or more of Java, C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Strong full-stack expertise, including front-end frameworks, APIs, and back-end services.
- Deep experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and AIOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, and distributed systems.
- Advanced understanding of secure coding, vulnerability remediation, and data protection.
- Proven experience with agentic AI architectures, LLM prompting, and human-AI interaction design.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and awareness of AI-driven security risks and responsible AI practices.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Hybrid schedule requiring work in a Columbus, Ohio; Chicago, Illinois; Hartford, Connecticut; or Charlotte, North Carolina office three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
