Responsibilities

Build and maintain AI ecosystem services, including tool integrations, context services, and agent orchestration.
Design and operate scalable, secure backend systems with strong governance, observability, and reliability.
Develop tool interfaces, APIs, and workflows that enable AI capabilities across TeamViewer products.
Build evaluation and testing frameworks to measure quality and support safe releases.
Monitor and optimize AI services for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Partner with security and platform teams to implement safeguards and best practices.
Contribute across backend services and user-facing experiences.
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.

7+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong production Python experience, including asynchronous programming, typing, packaging, and testing.
Experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript.
Experience building scalable backend systems and cloud-based applications.
Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications, agentic systems, or related platform technologies.
Understanding of tool integration, orchestration, APIs, and context management within AI systems.
Experience designing testing, evaluation, and monitoring solutions for complex software platforms.
Knowledge of modern security practices, authentication, and enterprise SaaS architectures.
Experience using AI development tools while maintaining code quality and maintainability.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
