Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Ensure software solutions meet scalability, performance, reliability, and efficiency expectations.
- Coordinate with multiple technical teams and business stakeholders on key decisions and organizational objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and provide solutions across teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP Financial Management.
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP Financial Management and strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial-management integrations.
- Experience designing scalable software architectures for complex business workflows.
- Ability to lead technical teams through software development lifecycles.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and software reliability practices.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
