Responsibilities

Develop, engineer, deploy, and maintain scalable, ultra-low-latency market data distribution and calculation systems.
Create AI skills, agents, and workflows to accelerate the software development lifecycle.
Use AI to develop market data feeds and calculations and to support testing, configuration changes, and production deployment.
Work with application teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
Design and develop systems that enhance the services provided by the department.
Participate in the full project lifecycle from requirements through deployment and subsequent Level 3 support.
Perform in-depth analysis and modeling of exchange market data content.
Research low-latency technologies and support mission-critical systems.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and tune Unix/Linux systems and parameters.

At least 6 years of C++ application development experience in financial services or banking.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Strong hands-on experience with AI-driven development and system integration.
Hands-on experience designing and developing multithreaded systems using C++ and Linux.
Experience with Python, Perl, and UNIX/Linux shell scripting.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems, troubleshooting, monitoring, and system parameter tuning.
Experience supporting and managing mission-critical systems.
Strong written and oral English communication skills.
Financial market data experience is desired.
Experience developing and supporting feed handlers or market data consumer applications is desired.
SQL experience, preferably with Sybase or DB2, is advantageous.
Java experience is a plus.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, network connectivity, data transfer, and multicast concepts is desired.
