Responsibilities
- Advise prospects, customers, and the UiPath salesforce on the business value of automation and AI.
- Partner with sales to define account strategy, expand customer solution footprints, and identify desired business outcomes.
- Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof-of-value engagements for Retail and Manufacturing customers.
- Conduct process discovery, identify automation opportunities, and quantify potential value.
- Architect complex solutions and develop marketplace offerings and industry-specific solution accelerators.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine UiPath offerings.
- Share lessons learned and provide customer feedback to product teams.
Requirements
- Industry domain knowledge in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Store Operations, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or related areas.
- Understanding of retail and manufacturing processes including order management, inventory management, demand planning, procure-to-pay, invoice processing, production planning, quality management, customer support, workforce operations, and back-office automation.
- Ability to understand technical landscapes and architect complex solutions.
- Experience simplifying and communicating complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
- Knowledge of Lean Principles, Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, and operational excellence practices.
- Experience working with Fortune 100 enterprises and solving business problems with technology.
- Background in consulting, sales engineering, industry solutions, operations transformation, or running automation programs.
- Ability to empathize with coworkers and customers, learn continuously, and adapt to change.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
