Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application behavior and analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective issue resolutions.
- Document findings and solutions to build a support knowledge base.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Playwright is required.
- Proficiency in Playwright and Selenium is required.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Playwright.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex software applications.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of software development and support methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
