Base Salary
$129k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- File issue reports for product, documentation, and procedural problems, including desired behavior and reproduction steps.
- Drive reported bugs to resolution and suggest code-level solutions for complex product issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including non-technical partners, to balance business needs with technical rigor.
- Analyze and resolve technical incidents and escalations by troubleshooting across the full stack.
- Identify opportunities and build full-stack solutions that improve support and empower GBO employees and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in the job offered or a Web Solutions Engineer-related occupation.
- Two years of experience developing full-stack applications involving coding and web technologies.
- Two years of experience designing scalable full-stack applications, including scalability tradeoffs, API design, and edge-case handling.
- Two years of experience developing databases and database designs.
Benefits
- US base salary range of $129,000-$185,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- Position reports to a Google office and may allow a hybrid schedule according to Google policy.
