Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle as a key technical stakeholder.
- Advise customers, partners, and internal teams on technology and solution fit.
- Own technical discovery and qualification to understand customer objectives and pain points.
- Provide first-line technical responses throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations and Proofs of Concept.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, sales, marketing, customer success, strategy, product management, and engineering teams.
- Identify customer objections and help create acceptable cross-functional solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of solution engineering, solution consulting, or solution architecture experience in a SaaS organization.
- Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
- Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to rapidly changing products and markets, and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours across the sales territory.
- Preferred: experience with APAC customers, especially in Thailand.
- Preferred: industry knowledge in areas such as ICT, retail, manufacturing, or finance.
- Preferred: experience independently responding to functional and technical RFI/RFP requirements.
- Preferred: experience with cloud technologies, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure.
