Responsibilities
- Work with data scientists and product managers to productionise detection logic, ML-driven solutions, and experiments.
- Improve the scalability, latency, and resilience of systems processing streaming, behavioural, and risk signals.
- Develop experimentation and rollout mechanisms for safely testing detection approaches.
- Monitor deployed code using tools such as Kibana and Grafana.
- Own SLIs/SLOs and collaborate across teams to prioritize and deliver results.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering skills with experience in Golang, Scala, or Ruby advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and excel with streaming technologies and concepts such as Flink.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate complex topics clearly, and give and receive constructive feedback.
- Ability to engage in healthy conflict while maintaining respect and professionalism.
