Responsibilities
- Build and maintain tools and integrations supporting internal business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team leads to investigate requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Own NetSuite customizations and integrations.
- Write clean, maintainable code using company best practices, version control, and cloud-centric deployment.
- Develop and troubleshoot the existing codebase using AI development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude.
- Use APIs to connect Okta, ADP, Google, Salesforce, and adjacent systems and automate data flows.
- Participate in code reviews and debug production issues while proposing preventative fixes.
- Apply growing awareness of compliance, auditability, and security requirements.
- Monitor emerging technologies in AI and automation and advocate for their adoption.
- Author technical documentation for peers.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in software engineering or systems integration.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and/or Python.
- Experience interfacing with third-party applications, APIs, and data structures.
- Proven experience using AI development tools such as Cursor and Copilot to accelerate development.
- Computer Science degree or relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience building internal dashboards or custom logic layers from scratch is preferred.
