Base Salary
$220k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for ads targeting and ranking.
- Develop sophisticated ML solutions to enhance ad targeting.
- Build and optimize ad ranking models based on campaign objectives.
- Improve ads targeting and ranking using on-platform and off-platform signals.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams on the Ads ML roadmap.
- Scale ML infrastructure to support concurrent ad campaigns with low-latency decision-making.
- Drive research and implementation of state-of-the-art ML techniques in online advertising.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
- 3+ years of experience in Ads ML, including ranking, personalization, and optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with applied deep learning techniques such as transformers and embedding models.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling ML-driven ad systems.
- Experience with real-time ML inference, A/B testing, and optimization frameworks.
- Ability to connect business objectives to ML solutions and adapt to evolving priorities.
