Base Salary
$169k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical health, integrations, strategy, and performance of Amazon DSP publisher supply capabilities.
- Design end-to-end customer solutions that balance business objectives with secure, performant, extensible, and cost-optimized architectures.
- Advise customers and senior leaders, lead technical discussions, and influence longer-term technology strategy.
- Lead collaboration across sales, engineering, professional services, product, and support teams to deliver customer solutions and accelerate adoption.
- Gather customer feedback, translate it into technical requirements, and partner with product and engineering teams on improvements.
- Create and deliver technical thought leadership through presentations, workshops, sample code, reference architectures, and best-practice guidance.
- Define program priorities, success metrics, trade-offs, and direction to support business growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or an equivalent qualification.
- 7+ years of programmatic advertising experience.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders or clients.
- Preferred: 5+ years working with large CTV and/or audio publishers.

- The base salary range is $169,000.00–$228,600.00 USD annually, with final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
