Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Oscilar’s product offerings.
- Conduct customer discovery, demonstrations, value assessments, and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Build customer trust by demonstrating how Oscilar solves relevant industry problems.
- Partner with Account Executives as the technical presales resource.
- Liaise between product and sales teams and communicate customer feedback for future product iterations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least four years of customer-facing experience in solutions engineering, customer success, or customer/product support.
- Ability to influence stakeholders through technical sales expertise and understanding of business processes and change management.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Preferred: advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferred: CAMS or similar professional certification.
- Preferred: experience with AML use cases including correspondent banking, trade finance, or crypto/digital assets.
- Preferred: knowledge of blockchain analytics and privacy-preserving computation.
