Responsibilities
- Design and develop canvas and model-driven applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build workflows and automation with Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for business decision-making.
- Integrate applications with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems.
- Configure data gateways and support Microsoft 365 platform administration.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Analyse existing systems and recommend process improvements through automation.
- Design user-friendly interfaces and support testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and debugging.
- Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams across Agile delivery cycles.
- Estimate effort, manage delivery timelines, and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and best-practice standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong Dataverse expertise covering data modelling, storage, and integration.
- Experience designing complex canvas and model-driven business applications.
- Proficiency with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and broader Azure services.
- Advanced knowledge of Power Fx and complex application logic.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365, SharePoint, APIs, connectors, and enterprise systems.
- Experience building scalable workflows and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# for custom development.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across applications and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical solutions to business users.
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to estimate effort, manage delivery timelines, and contribute to project planning.
