Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership for technical strategy and implementation of AI-powered testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate testing enablement infrastructure.
Act as a subject matter expert in testing practices and operational excellence.
Mentor engineers and enhance the team's technical capabilities.
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and data-driven improvements.
Build strong relationships with coworkers and cross-organizational teams.
Influence the adoption of platforms, tools, and best practices across the organization.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of software development experience.
Experience in cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and using containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Deep knowledge of testing practices for microservices and awareness of testing tools.
2+ years of experience with AI tools and infrastructure.
Strong understanding of software design principles and distributed systems architecture.
Proven coding skills in languages like Java, Kotlin, or Python.
Ability to manage and deliver projects from scoping through launch.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
