Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and implement scalable automated test suites and intelligent testing solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts with project objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Manage, mentor, and support team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze complex systems and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in automated testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing is required.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable automated test suites.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
