Responsibilities

Provide strategic cloud adoption, optimization, and operational guidance to customers.
Align cloud solutions with customer business objectives and desired outcomes.
Ensure operational excellence and continued use of Rakuten Cloud Platform automation and other cloud services.
Deliver Rakuten Mobile Infrastructure support for Rakuten Cloud automation and other customers.
Advocate for customers by translating their needs into actionable technical requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot cloud environments and perform root-cause analysis.

Expertise in Linux system administration with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on Kubernetes experience.
Proficiency with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and other automation tools.
Experience with virtualization technologies and containerized environments.
Understanding of identity and access management and security vulnerability mitigation.
Proven experience handling technical customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications include B.E., B.Tech, or BCA.
Fluent English proficiency.
