Base Salary
$96k - $139k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer requirements related to system performance, security, scalability, integration, and quality.
- Design solution architectures and contribute to technical frameworks, enterprise architecture, standards, and policies.
- Evaluate technologies and tools, perform comparative analyses, and recommend optimal architectural solutions.
- Develop and validate proof of concepts and integration strategies.
- Support build and deployment automation, solution rollouts, knowledge transfer, and transition to support.
- Collaborate with development teams and resolve complex technical issues across build, deployment, and support phases.
- Analyze system performance and identify risks in the system landscape.
- Create and maintain architectural artifacts and technical solution documentation.
- Provide technical oversight across multiple POD teams and communicate solution approaches to business and IT stakeholders.
- Work with client stakeholders, engineering leads, product teams, and solution architects to deliver project outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in full-stack engineering with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Java, MongoDB, SQL, Azure, and Jasmine/Karma testing frameworks.
- Ability to analyze, design, and develop scalable and secure software architectures.
- Experience assessing technologies, tools, and frameworks and recommending suitable solutions.
- Understanding of integration methodologies, proof-of-concept validation, deployment strategies, and cloud-based development platforms.
- Ability to provide technical oversight across multiple teams and maintain consistent technical standards.
- Ability to communicate solution approaches to business and IT stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Strategic software-systems thinking focused on scalable, maintainable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
- Finance domain knowledge covering trading, investing, clearing, reporting, servicing, or wealth data.
- Experience reviewing functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
- Experience in a global delivery environment and familiarity with agile development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or progressive experience accepted in lieu of education.
