Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with key clients and provide advanced solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Drive solution development for key accounts and create technically robust, customer-specific solutions.
- Lead large customer meetings and develop recommended architectures and deployment roadmaps.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients while serving as a subject matter expert.
- Support strategic sales initiatives by applying product knowledge and customer insight.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, integration engineering, and sales teams.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform recommendations.
- Build trusted client relationships based on technical expertise and value delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Participate in product testing and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts.
- Experience contributing to strategic sales initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
- Ability to independently drive large onsite and virtual customer meetings.
- Ability to develop and document recommended architectures and deployment roadmaps.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, identity and security solutions, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
- Strategic thinking, mentorship, adaptability, and the ability to handle evolving customer and market needs.
- Security certifications such as CISSP are a plus.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
