Responsibilities
- Provide governance, planning, and budgeting across multiple concurrent projects.
- Implement governance and controls for intake, prioritization, and status communication.
- Coordinate with business application development, enterprise architecture, infrastructure support, and project teams.
- Create and maintain business application platform lifecycle roadmaps.
- Design and implement full-stack, cloud-native, secure, low-latency, high-performance, and event-driven enterprise solutions.
- Provision infrastructure, deploy applications, and implement observability across public-cloud environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or beyond and 10 or more years of experience in related roles.
- At least 2 years of banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) domain experience.
- Proficiency with full-stack development using Spring Boot and MERN stacks.
- Experience implementing solutions end to end across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with low-latency computing, event-driven system design, AI/ML and data science techniques, and big-data analytics.
- Experience with Java, Python, React, JQuery, Node.js, Spark, Spring Frameworks, Kafka, MQ, PL/SQL, and APIs.
- Agile or Kanban methodology training and experience.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, LLM application development, RAG, LangChain, MLOps, model deployment, and NLP.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
