Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of multiple concurrent enterprise-scale projects.
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end application solutions using COBOL, SAS, JCL, and DB2.
- Conduct technical design, development, and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform systems.
- Review, analyze, modify, test, debug, and optimize programming systems.
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and information security standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, technology teams, clients, vendors, and peers.
- Provide technical guidance and define requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of mainframe application development experience.
- Hands-on experience with JCL, COBOL, SAS, DB2, CA7 Scheduler, and SFTP file transfer tools.
- Strong technical leadership skills and experience leading complex projects.
- Strategic thinking, analytical and planning skills, and effective problem-solving ability.
- Ability to build relationships, lead discussions, and work with diverse stakeholders.
- Client-focused and quality-driven approach to application delivery.
