Responsibilities
- Build migration and payout flows in Ruby.
- Orchestrate durable Temporal workflows across services.
- Own topics end to end, including requirements analysis, written proposals, alignment, implementation, and production monitoring.
- Write unit tests and contribute to integration and end-to-end testing.
- Own alerts and business metrics to help services achieve 99.99% availability.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools for development, debugging, production investigations, and documentation.
- Document technical decisions through proposals, RFCs, and ADRs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to own features and projects from start to finish.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, propose solutions with trade-offs, and drive agreement.
- Product-oriented, pragmatic problem-solving approach with an emphasis on simplicity.
- Care for observability and monitoring.
- Willingness to use agentic AI tooling and improve team practices.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in payments, fintech, KYC/AML, or another regulated domain is advantageous.
