Base Salary
$213k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems using Node.js.
- Build and optimize server-side logic for handling billions of requests per day.
- Ensure system stability, accuracy, and uptime with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
- Leverage Redis and Aerospike for data storage and caching at scale.
- Use Git for version control and CI/CD tools for automated deployment.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support production operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in backend development, including Node.js and PHP.
- Experience with building and maintaining distributed applications.
- Proficiency in SSH, Linux, and network protocols.
- Experience with MySQL database and Vertica, and Kafka.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or GitLab.
- Experience with Agile development processes and product troubleshooting.
- Three years of experience with IAB OpenRTB spec and VAST.
- Experience with KeyDB, Redis, and Aerospike.
- Familiarity with Datadog or Grafana for metrics observability.
- Experience in the Adtech industry, particularly with SSP systems.
