Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-file coding tasks involving bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, migration, and testing.
- Write clear natural-language specifications and complete reference implementations.
- Develop and extend unit and integration test suites.
- Review peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, and production realism.
- Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes.
- Ensure alignment among specifications, code, and expected outputs.
Requirements
- Have 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Demonstrate advanced professional written proficiency in English.
- Have strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Have working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.
- Have backend or full-stack development experience with production systems.
- Have experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.
- Be able to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases.
- Have experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations.
