Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical leadership and form the ServiceNow CSM roadmap.
- Assess new ServiceNow release features and recommend or assist with implementation.
- Guide development teams, establish review processes, prioritize tasks, and allocate work.
- Review designs and solutions for architectural conformance, integration, consistency, and governance compliance.
- Perform functional and process rationalization with product owners and process owners.
- Develop and deploy ServiceNow solutions across business domains and IT platform estates.
- Evaluate system impacts, manage technical integrations, and ensure compliance with architecture standards and frameworks.
- Improve engineering standards, practices, and ways of working within the squad.
- Maintain and expand ServiceNow platform knowledge through certifications, training, webinars, case studies, and community engagement.
- Protect information and information systems against unauthorized access or modification.
Requirements
- ITIL Foundation or similar certification and knowledge of incident-management practices.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow technical and platform governance processes.
- Relevant ServiceNow CSM certifications.
- Ability to solve complex business requirements using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Ability to design simple, effective solutions and communicate clearly during incidents and coordination activities.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools including NGSD and ServiceNow for incident logging, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Team-management skills supporting engagement, performance, and operational stability.
- Strong customer-focused mindset and professional maturity demonstrated through proactivity, ownership, and flexibility.
- Knowledge of information security and protection against unauthorized access or modification.
