Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software features.
- Build and maintain backend services using .NET and C#.
- Own feature delivery from requirements analysis through production release.
- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable services using distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
- Work with AWS or Azure for application deployment and operations.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release processes, observability, and production readiness.
- Explore AI Engineering initiatives including productivity automation, AI-assisted workflows, and AI-powered system capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Own complete features, production deployments, and operational support.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and scalable backend architecture.
- Experience building and maintaining B2B SaaS products or enterprise-grade software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing practices.
- Experience with AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work across the full software lifecycle from development and testing through production stability.
- Preferred exposure to AI-enabled developer productivity tools or AI-assisted workflows.
- Preferred familiarity with LLM-based systems, AI agents, or prompt engineering concepts.
- Preferred exposure to Docker.
- Preferred familiarity with observability tools, logging, and monitoring.
- Awareness of secure coding practices and experience working in agile product engineering teams.
