Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of custom Salesforce solutions for complex business needs.
- Develop, upgrade, support, and integrate Salesforce with SAP, Kinaxis, and other enterprise platforms.
- Lead projects through requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Provide hands-on guidance on application architecture, coding standards, and technical best practices.
- Mentor multiple application developers and foster technical excellence.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation and efficiency improvements.
- Manage consultants, contractors, internal stakeholders, project priorities, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and significant relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in custom Salesforce development and administration, including integrations and automation.
- Experience with Kinaxis and/or SAP development is preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Kinaxis, Informatica, SQL, and modern reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of finance, manufacturing, and CRM business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams, manage projects, and deliver results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
