
Software Delivery Manager / Technical Lead - Wide Area Monitoring System(WAMS)

Responsibilities
- Support the full project lifecycle from customer engagement and proposal development through delivery, testing, acceptance, and handover.
- Lead enterprise software deployment, configuration, testing, and technical readiness activities in customer environments.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their environments, communicate progress, and manage technical expectations.
- Identify and resolve software, infrastructure, operating system, network, and integration issues.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Tendering, Support, and Project Management teams on delivery, risks, scope, and problems.
- Lead customer training, system walkthroughs, user readiness, acceptance testing, and validation activities.
- Provide technical escalation support to maintenance and support teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Travel globally, sometimes at short notice, for customer meetings, on-site deployments, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline such as Computer Science, IT Networking, or Software Development, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with software delivery projects using Linux and Windows and related grid software.
- Experience with grid software such as WAMS, EMS, DMS, DERMS, or similar is desirable.
- Experience working directly with customers in technical delivery, deployment, or support environments is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel and experience with Kubernetes are desirable.
