Base Salary
$157k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with 3-4 Account Executives to support multiple customer opportunities.
- Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
- Present effective demonstrations that highlight Webflow's benefits.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials as needed.
- Influence product direction by representing the customer voice.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to advance Webflow's mission.
- Travel up to 25%.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer.
- Ability to drive a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Creatively problem-solve with AI where appropriate.
- Strong storytelling skills in discovery and product demos.
- Understanding of APIs and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Curiosity and openness to growth in emerging technologies.
