Base Salary
$157k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with 3–4 Account Executives across multiple active customer opportunities and communicate with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery.
- Guide customers through Webflow evaluations to address business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
- Deliver demonstrations that show how Webflow addresses customer objectives and challenges.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials when appropriate.
- Represent customer needs to influence short- and long-term product direction.
- Support cross-functional initiatives advancing Webflow’s mission.
- Travel up to 25%.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer is ideally required.
- Experience with a consultative approach to helping customers solve problems.
- Understanding of APIs and web programming languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong storytelling, written, visual, verbal communication, coaching, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to build fluency in emerging technologies and apply AI where appropriate.
