Base Salary
$219k - $301k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical voice for Databricks across multiple enterprise clients
- Define and direct technical strategy with Enterprise Account Executives for strategic accounts
- Lead customers through evaluation, transformation, and adoption of Databricks
- Implement account technical strategy and align strategies around Databricks solutions
- Build technical champions within customer accounts
- Understand and communicate ML and AI applications across relevant industry use cases
- Provide structured mentorship to other team members
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- Successful pre-sales experience helping large enterprises become more data-driven
- Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR
- Technical proficiency in big data, data science, and cloud technologies
- Experience with data-driven business transformation and driving organizational change with data
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
- Ability to establish and lead virtual teams within customer accounts
- Ability to build executive and influencer relationships and present compelling points of view to decision-makers
- Databricks Certification is preferred
