Base Salary
$157k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team with recommendations for developing and implementing complex offerings and solutions.
- Build, design, and present complex solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with Product Teams, Product Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales teams.
- Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for customers and build relationships within key accounts.
- Prepare detailed product specifications and implement customer installation plans.
- Deliver white papers and present at conferences and user groups.
- Meet revenue, deployment, and service objectives.
- Travel domestically up to 25% of the time to customer sites and internal or external conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Eight years of experience in the job offered or a related role, including software engineering, consulting, infrastructure management, sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Five years of experience with Linux system administration, one or more virtualization providers, and technical presentations to varied audiences.
- Three years of experience with public cloud providers and enterprise integration, Kubernetes and related CNCF landscape projects, IT architecture management, complex architecture implementation plans, and hyperscaler services.
