Responsibilities
- Develop new cloud-native applications and product features for the Altium 365 Platform.
- Build and operate distributed, high-load systems with performance profiling, optimization, load testing, and stress testing.
- Design large-scale data processing systems, data models, APIs, stateful and stateless servers, and database-backed services.
- Influence technical direction across multiple teams and drive architectural decisions.
- Define and drive engineering standards, best practices, and technical governance at the platform level.
Requirements
- 7+ years of .NET experience.
- Deep expertise in one or more areas including identity and authentication, access or license management, message queues or brokers, distributed caches, ElasticSearch or OpenSearch, relational database design and optimization, platform framework development, multi-tenancy, or the Rings Protection Model in cloud development.
- Proven experience building and operating distributed, high-load systems.
- Strong ability to solve complex technical challenges involving engineering software and cloud services.
- Experience influencing technical direction, driving architectural decisions, and establishing platform-level engineering standards.
- Nice-to-have experience with Firebird, Oracle, Postgres, Azure, GCP, or AliCloud.
