Responsibilities

Design and develop LLM-powered AI capabilities and agentic or multi-agent systems from ideation through production.
Build and maintain scalable production systems powering AI capabilities across Observe.AI’s products and platform.
Optimize machine learning models and processing pipelines for performance, cost-effectiveness, and scale.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, customer-facing teams, and customers to identify problems and opportunities.
Mentor junior engineers, influence peers and stakeholders, and provide technical thought leadership.
Keep current with ML, deep learning, NLP, and NLU research and contribute through technical blogs and conference publications.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline with exposure to machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and NLU.
3+ years of industry experience building large-scale NLP/NLU systems, including recent experience with LLM-powered applications and agentic systems.
Strong fundamentals and hands-on experience building and scaling customer-facing ML, NLP, and NLU applications in production.
Understanding of recent advances in LLM-powered applications and multi-agent systems at scale.
Excellent implementation skills in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and technical influence skills.
Experience with spoken language understanding, published NLP/NLU research, and relevant open-source contributions are preferred.
